SEREME large experience in delivery of dynamic test solutions allows SEREME to propose expertise, feasibility study or consulting in these sectors either in the early stage of the project (feasibility studies preliminary layout...), either in a very late stage (measurement diagnosis to improve existing solutions made 20 or 30 years ago).

Such test solutions are designed and delivered by SEREME according to Customer specifications. It goes from cable test rig to seismic test facility, pneumatic launcher for aircraft models to large shock test machine for underground gas pipes.

SEREME designs and delivers shock tests solutions and/or crash test solutions. Among the proposed test solutions are : Pneumatic Launchers : such launchers are quite versatile and allow, within a small area, to test payloads from 50 kg to 5 tons up to 5 m/s to 30 m/s.

SEREME designs and delivers vibration tests solutions and/or vibration test subsystems. Among the proposed test solutions are : Light Large Slip Tables with high overturning moment and low cross talk (Light Slip Tables (tab)) Hydrostatic Bearings used for these tables or to be used by the End-User stand alone Type Z Pitch and Roll guiding (Z hydrostatic bearing (tab)) Type YZ Pitch, Roll and Yaw guiding (YZ hydrostatic bearing (tab)) Interface 290 x 220 mm Overal Dimensions 552 x 300 x 142 Moving Element 5 kg to 15 kg maximum.

SEREME has developed Reverberating Acoustic Chambers (RAC) since its creation in 1976. For automotive industry, SEREME has developed from 1978 to 2010 solutions of coupled reverberating acoustic chambers which have drastically improved the quality and ergonomy of tests. Reverberating Acoustic Chambers are among the major test facilities for spacecraft testing.

For Space industry, SEREME proposes large vibration or acoustic test solutions compliant with ECSS or GOST requirements. Such solutions designed on the basis of SEREME experience and knowhow are often customized accordingly to End-User requirements. The infrastructure (reaction mass, suspension...) is also designed and delivered by SEREME.
