Complementing its nitrogen technology, Cvi’s Maintainer Series Aircraft Maintenance Stands offer best-in-class access platforms for safe, efficient, and ergonomic maintenance of aircraft including the F-16, F-18, F-22, F-35, C-130, C-17 and other military and commercial airframes. These aluminum and steel structures are engineered for durability, easy maneuverability, and rapid deployment in both hangar and flight line environments. Cvi’s Full-Wrap and Modular systems are trusted by the U.S. Military and international partners for daily inspections, repairs, and phased maintenance programs.
Cvi’s manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, precision welding, tube bending, press braking, and final assembly. Ground breaking has occurred and this will soon all be under one roof in its new, 70,000-square-foot Prineville, Oregon facility. This consolidation streamlines production and enhances collaboration between engineering, fabrication, and quality control, ensuring rapid delivery and consistent performance.
With long-standing partnerships with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, General Atomics, and all branches of the U.S. military, Cvi is uniquely positioned to support both legacy platforms and next-generation technologies. As the company expands into vertical markets like wind energy, utilities, and mining, and targets overseas growth, its mission remains the same: supporting the mission with reliable, innovative, and field-proven solutions that perform where it matters most.
