Terms and Conditions of Use
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) governing your participation in the SOURCEHERE Platform (“SOURCEHERE” or the “Platform”).
By registering for, or logging into the Platform, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between Online Expos, LLC (“OEX” or “we/us”) and yourself (“User” or “you”). If you are registering on behalf of another person, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the person participating is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of someone else, you warrant that you have made the User aware of our Terms and that the person has accepted them explicitly.
1. User Requirements
1.1 Access: Your registration entitles you to participate in the Platform for the duration specified in your registration.
1.2 Platform Content: You acknowledge and agree that OEX, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Platform, including but not limited to the Platform name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.
1.3 OEX may change the visual and graphic style and/or the Platform configuration at its sole discretion.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to be a User of the Platform.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Limitations on Use: You agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link and/or code.
2.2 Disruptive Conduct: OEX reserves the right to remove you from the Platform if your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the enjoyment of the Platform by other Users.
2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping: Users may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions or events without the express consent of OEX and any relevant stakeholder.
3. Fees and Registration
3.1 Payment: Payment of any applicable fee is due upon registration. If payment is declined or insufficient, OEX may refuse access without liability.
3.2 Refunds: All fees paid to OEX are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation and Quality Assurance
If the Platform is interrupted or interfered with for any reason, this Agreement may be terminated by OEX without liability. OEX shall not be responsible for delays, losses, damages, costs, or other consequences arising from causes beyond its control.
5. Platform Registration Confirmation
5.1 Upon completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam folders.
5.2 Essential Platform information will be provided electronically using the contact details supplied during registration.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Personal Data
6.1.1 “Personal Data” means information that identifies you directly or indirectly.

6.1.3 OEX will never sell or rent Personal Data to third parties without opt-in consent.

OEX is headquartered in the United States. Data may be transferred internationally and stored in an ISO 27001-certified facility.

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. OEX is not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content and intellectual property are owned by OEX or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Use of Logo and Branded Material
Exhibitors and contributors authorise OEX to use provided branding for promotional purposes.
9. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from abusive or unlawful conduct.
10. Cookies

11. Exhibitor and Company-Uploaded Content
Users are responsible for uploaded content and agree to indemnify OEX against related claims.
12. AI, Automation, and Algorithmic Features
Automated or AI-driven features assist Users but do not guarantee outcomes.
13. Platform Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” OEX disclaims all warranties and provides no professional advice.
14. Limitation of Liability
OEX’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Data Ownership and White-Label Platforms
Data on Sourcehere.com is owned by OEX. White-label data is jointly owned with organisers.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with New Jersey courts.
