FLYBY is famous for their pioneering work in the development of Beyond Visual Line of Sight drone operations and for firing the Thales LMM in a world first trial sponsored by the RAF Rapid Capabilities Office who wanted to see if a missile that launches at MACH 1.5 can be successfully fired from a hovering drone. On October 17th, 2022, we proved that yes, we can, and history was made that day.
