  offers rubber-metal connections, vibration-damping components for chassis, drivetrain and mounting of cabins and superstructures in commercial vehicles, railways, agricultural and construction machinery; bearing bushings, support, engine and Sphero® bearings, conical and layer springs, axle, wheel set and longitudinal control arms.
- KHT Fahrzeugteile GmbH:
  Turning, milling, welding, assembly; actuating linkages for headlight range adjustment or for leveling the air suspension system in passenger cars; shift rods and selector levers; linkages for controlling load brakes and cabin suspension in trucks; guide rods and joints for bus doors and luggage compartment lids.
- R&P Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG
  manufactures stamped parts from the smallest precision stamped part to complex assemblies as a supplier within the group and for third-party customers in the automotive, mechanical engineering, furniture, sanitary and electrical industries.

  Melting, casting, machining, assembly; Complex, machined, ready-to-install die-cast components and modules made of aluminum and zinc for applications in the automotive sector (housings, camshaft adjusters) and industrial sector (drives).
