The Standard for Turbine Engine Component Services Our authorizations, tools and equipment enable us to provide turnkey service on compressors, shafts, nozzles, burners, and all other components for more than 20 turbine engine models. We also provide NDT (non-destructive testing) for components and ancillary services including compressor and turbine balancing, hot zone and core inspections.

U.S. Air Force awards Aero Turbine 10-Year J85-MISTR contract.
As the only MRO facility capable of performing the depot level repair of all of the J85 Contract Line Items for this requirement, Aero Turbine was awarded the J85 MISTR Contract as the sole source. This is the third time that Aero Turbine has won this award as the Prime Contract. Contract FA8122-12-D-0004 is for 10 years.

Aero Turbine an awardee of U.S. Navy J85 MAC IDIQ contract
Aero Turbine was a recipient of contract N00421-23-D-0013, by the U.S. Navy for the inspection and repair of J85-21C engines. Aero Turbine is able to perform the depot level repair of accessories and components for this requirement which allows us to turn the engines around more quickly than if we had to outsource these accessory/component repairs.

Aero Turbine specializes in the repair of jet turbine engines, primarily all configurations of the J85 engine, as well as the J79, J69, J85-CAN-15/-40 and other specialty and legacy engines. We are AS9110C certified and have Nadcap Accreditation for the following special processes: NDT, Heat Treat, Chemical Processing, Welding, Measurement & Inspection, and Coatings. ATI is USAF source approved for the inspection, intermediate repair, and depot level overhaul for both the J85-5 and J85-21 engine accessories, components, and whole engines. ATI is source approved by the USN for the J85-21 engine. Aero Turbine supports the USAF, USN, US Army, FMS Customers, and U.S. adversarial fleets. ATI is the chosen J85-21 MRO for the Mexican Air Force.
