Also, thanks to a cluster of technology companies in the Cedar Rapids area spanning aerospace engineering, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and communications, the Eastern Iowa Airport is in the process of developing an action plan to grow the aerospace industry through increased investment, development and job creation.
