Heat-shrinkable multi-layer sleeves that have high electrical resistance and low permeability.
A series of 2- and 3-layer heat-shrinkable sleeves for applications including pipeline field joint corrosion prevention, mechanical protection, and sealing of district heating and district cooling pipelines.
Corrosion Prevention:
An irradiation cross-linked & stretched polyolefin backing with an adhesive laminated on in order to form the basic product. The adhesive may be either visco-elastic based mastic or co-polymer hot melt adhesives to match up with in-service performance requirements.

Powered by Powercrete products, we are able to provide a liquid epoxy solution for every situation. From field joint coatings to applications for horizontal directional drilling (HDD), to factory applied.
Our products provide exceptional adhesion to bare steel and fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coatings and excellent cathodic disbondment properties at operating temperatures up to 150⁰C (300⁰F).
They also offer outstanding abrasion & gouge resistance, commonly used as abrasion resistant overcoat (ARO) to protect underlying coatings during pipeline directional drills.
Our track record spans more than 30 years and with the opening of our new manufacturing center in Houston we have increasing capabilities to better serve both local and global markets. Our 60,000 sq ft facility boasts advanced polymer chemistry and over 200 years of manufacturing experience.

Providing pipeline protection and pipeline rehabilitation across the globe, Polyken products provide essential corrosion protection for new construction and rehabilitation in the oil, gas and water pipelines.
Polyken coating systems consist of polyethylene films laminated with butyl-elastomeric adhesives with in-service performance from -20⁰C to 120⁰C (-5⁰F to 250⁰F).

With no need for blasting, application is simple and doesn’t require extensive PPE because it isn’t harmful to the applicator or the environment.
STOPAQ is at heart a Polyisobutene (PIB) based coating, mimicking the natural behaviour of tree sap, with self-healing properties. The coating forms an impervious layer to oxygen, water and MIC, protecting corroding materials such as steel. This leads to permanent adhesion to the surface, extended lifetime of the coating and asset protection.
