SecuraSeal™ Packer Stage Cementing Collars
Forum Energy Technologies
SecuraSeal™ by FET Davis-Lynch is a game-changing packer stage cementing collar that combines two essential tools—an inflatable packer and a stage collar—into one streamlined solution. This integration simplifies cementing operations, reduces costs, and enhances well integrity across a wide range of well environments.
By replacing multiple tools with a single, technician-friendly system, SecuraSeal™ cuts down on labor, equipment, and procurement complexity. It’s designed for fast deployment, helping operators eliminate flat time and reduce non-productive time (NPT), while improving overall efficiency.
SecuraSeal™ delivers superior zonal isolation by sealing off pressurized or gas-prone zones and isolating hydrostatic pressure between cement stages. This minimizes gas migration and surface issues, while supporting safer, more compliant cementing operations in challenging zones.
Engineered for reliability, the tool features a spring steel-reinforced inner tube, oil-resistant rubber outer layer, and a built-in ratchet mechanism for mechanical backup. It expands via fluid injection to create a full-length seal in both cased and open holes, ensuring consistent performance even in complex wells.
Manufactured in Texas under API-Q1 certified standards, SecuraSeal™ is compatible with most casing grades and threads, supports up to 30° well deviation, and operates in temperatures up to 375°F with special seals. Its patented Inflatagrip® element and robust valving system ensure secure inflation and closure, while its composite seat remains stable up to 350°F.
Whether you're looking to reduce remedial work, meet regulatory standards, or simplify your cementing process, SecuraSeal™ offers a smarter, safer, and more cost-effective solution. Visit our booth to learn how SecuraSeal™ can transform your well construction strategy.

Sandguard
Forum Energy Technologies
SandGuard™ is a breakthrough multi-lift solution developed by Forum Energy Technologies to address one of the most common causes of ESP failure—sand fallback. This innovative technology captures and isolates fallback sand during pump shutdowns, ensuring smooth and reliable restarts. With thousands of successful installations, SandGuard has consistently demonstrated its ability to dramatically extend ESP run times in sandy well environments.
Designed for versatility, SandGuard supports a wide range of applications including ESP installations in horizontal, deviated, offshore, and onshore wells. Its flushable and cleanable design allows for repeated use, and it can be configured to fit specific casing sizes without compromising performance.
SandGuard improves ESP life by up to 1,200 percent by preventing sand accumulation through a continuous auto-flush feature. It ensures a clean start every time by capturing all sand and debris that would otherwise fall onto the pump after shutdown. This results in softer starts that significantly enhance pump longevity. By eliminating communication with the annulus, SandGuard removes the risk of fluid recirculation and failure, while maintaining compatibility with all ESP-produced flow rates and enduring the harshest downhole conditions.
Installation is simple and efficient, positioned directly at the pump discharge. SandGuard embodies the core of Forum’s multilift sand management system, offering advanced sand control in a compact, reliable package. It’s a proven solution for operators seeking to maximize ESP performance and minimize downtime in sand-prone wells.

ForuMix
Forum Energy Technologies
In refinery operations, consistent oil-to-water mixing is vital for effective desalting and dehydration. Yet, conventional inline mixers, static mixers, and mixing valves often fall short—leading to uneven water dispersion, overly stable emulsions, and separation challenges. These inefficiencies can result in erratic voltage readings, increased water carry-over, and excessive solids in produced water.
The consequences of poor mixing ripple through downstream processes, driving up energy consumption, maintenance costs, and corrosion risks. That’s why selecting the right mixer isn’t just important—it’s essential.
Introducing ForuMix™, the industry’s most advanced adjustable multiphase mixer, engineered specifically for dual-fluid mixing. Unlike traditional static mixers that create extreme local shear forces—either forming tight emulsions or inefficiently large water droplets—ForuMix™ delivers uniform shear across the entire flow cross-section. The result? Even droplet distribution and superior mixing performance.
This breakthrough technology enhances downstream separation, improves coalescence inside the desalter, and reduces power usage—making ForuMix™ a smart investment for reliable, cost-effective refinery operations.
