Golight, Inc. is a leading global designer and manufacturer of remote controlled and handheld lighting solutions located in Culbertson, NE. Our customers include the largest OEMs in the industrial, marine, recreational vehicle, law enforcement, fire and rescue and automotive markets.
Golight was founded in 1994 by Jerry Gohl who saw the need for a durable and superior portable remote control spotlight. Together with Al Gebhard, a product development engineer, design and engineering was achieved, and marketing began with an in-house approach and only one product. Ten years later, Golight, Inc. has grown from one product to a complete line of products that meet the needs of many specialty markets. The company has continued to maintain a competitive edge in the searchlight market through significant investment in research and development and through corporate quality planning and technology that anticipates the requirements of future market demands.
