Swiss machining delivers small, high-precision parts used in the manufacturing of critical components.
Using advanced CNC machines, we can create parts up to 0.812” in diameter with highly uniform dimensions and surface finishes.
Sigma Connectivity can provide you with miniature screws, contact pins for electronic components, micro-fasteners for medical applications, or other Swiss-type parts.

Precision Metal Stamping
Sigma Engineered Solutions
Sigma Connectivity specializes in high-volume, precision metal stampings, with more than 80 presses converting metal strips into custom products for electronic connectors, sensors, and microprocessor chips. We employ more than 25 journeyman tool and die makers, and we operate more than 80 high-speed presses that are capable of producing custom products down to 0.001” thickness, 0.375” wide and 0.001” minimum tolerance.

Our precision custom electronic connector products can be found in the electronic, medical, solar, aerospace, automotive industries, and more. Common production materials include beryllium copper, phosphorous bronze, stainless steel, copper, brass, cold-rolled steel, and Mylar.

- Sigma Connectivity specializes in high-volume precision metal stamping, with expertise in working with very thin gauge metals under extremely tight tolerances to create precision components used in electronic connectors.
