CNC TURNING
MST Manufacturing LLC
CNC turning is a subtractive manufacturing process in which a fixed tool feeds into a metal bar. This approach allows cutting tools to be programmed and mounted on a tool turret to cut the material into a designed shape. Turning lathes can be incredibly complex, and their price point makes them impractical for hobbyists or smaller shops. MST Manufacturing strives to make CNC turning services as affordable and accessible as possible to those who need them most.
At our six-acre complex in Claremore, Oklahoma, MST Manufacturing has invested in the best CNC turning centers available to ensure our clients have the best finished product possible. Today, our CNC turning services are utilized by various industries that fuel Oklahoma's economy, including aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and much more. If you are ready to learn what is possible with our CNC turning services, we encourage you to reach out and speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable team members.

CNC MILLING
MST Manufacturing LLC
When producing complex parts, there is no denying that CNC milling is one of the best fabrication methods. As a subtractive fabrication method, these machines use computer numerical control systems to automate the cutting process. Although laser and plasma cutting may be cheaper options, they simply cannot provide the same results or capabilities that CNC milling can. From designing parts in CAD to the actual production, MST Manufacturing can streamline the process and ensure the best final part possible.
MST Manufacturing understands just how vital CNC milling is to our clients, including those in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and other critical industries. For this reason, we have worked hard to build a comprehensive portfolio of CNC milling equipment at our six-acre complex in Claremore, Oklahoma. No matter what the requirements of your upcoming project might be, we are sure to have the experience and equipment required to successfully and accurately complete it.

About
More than 25 years ago, Kenneth Statton founded his first machine shop with his father. The Statton Group grew from a garage-based start-up to serving some of the leaders in aerospace, including Boeing, Spirit Aerosystems, Nordam, and Gulfstream. From there, Statton launched M&M Manufacturing, which rapidly became a leader in precision manufacturing in the aerospace industry.
M&M Manufacturing rapidly grew over 16 years, with average annual growth of more than 25%, AS9100/ISO 9001 certifications, a workforce of more than 70 professionals, and the assembly of a talented executive team to manage the growth effectively.
After selling M&M Manufacturing in 2016, Statton launched MST as a precision machine shop for the automotive industry. Demand for exceptional machining grew to further industries, leading to a move to a six acre complex in Claremore, Oklahoma. Today, MST Manufacturing is primed for growth supporting the power sectors that fuel Green Country's economy.
