We are a world-leading multi-product MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) provider. The company offers its 200 customers comprehensive technical support, including line maintenance, engine overhaul, aerostructure maintenance, and more. AFI KLM E&M’s 14,000 employees lavish their expertise on close to 2,800 aircraft around the world.
In 2018, we again strengthened our global position on new-generation aircraft, with the consolidation of its Boeing 787 component support order book and strong growth for the Airbus A350, A320neo, Boeing 737MAX, and GEnx products. 2018 was also the year in which important steps were made on launching its service offer for the LEAP engine equipping the 737MAX and A320neo. The current order book status indicates that we are able to maintain and even reinforce our market position with the new aircraft generations. This market success is supported by The MRO Lab innovation program focusing on strategic areas of the MRO sector, ranging from technician mobility and the customer experience through to the Internet of Things, Big Data applications, predictive maintenance and Artificial Intelligence.
