Our turning capabilities fall into two distinct categories. In addition to twin spindle/triple turret turn millwork, we also offer turning-only capacities up to 24″ in diameter and 36″ in length, including deep hole drilling.
Our turning machines include 8- and 11-axis lathes with live tooling, twin or triple turrets, Swiss Style CNC lathes and long turning automatic screw machines, sub spindles and bar feed capacities up to 2.5″. We also have 5-axis lathes with a bar feed capacity of 3.1″.

Our CNC turning centers are equipped to handle precipitation hardened materials. We have systems that protect critical surfaces and external threads, to prevent damage. This includes ejection from the machine, washing, handling, and packaging in custom pin racks/trays. Our electronic data collection systems demonstrate the statistically capable processes you require, for ensuring a high-quality product. Through our strong supplier network, we offer heat treat, NDT, and more.

We offer 3-, 4- & 5- axis, precise machining within a 42" envelope and can consistently obtain extremely tight tolerances up to 0.0001”.

NE-XT features dedicated equipment and resources in our NPI cell, allowing for precise and timely product launches. NPI develops capable processes before shedding the product to production. We are MBD ready, CMMC compliant, are LCS approved and feature a cage code and JCP certification.
