Sharon-Cutwell Co is a Wisconsin, USA based manufacturer of high performance, solid carbide cutting tools. Our key focus is custom and engineered tooling designs for the Aero structures & Aerospace machining marketplace. We offer custom step drills, reamers and router bits that are optimized for CFRP, CFRP + Metal stacks. For CFRP we offer a US and Euorpean Patented Wave-Point drill design, that is perfectly suited for high feed rates and very long tool life!
We couple our strong engineering team with sophisticated CNC grinding to offer some of the most competitive tools in the market!
