The symbol of Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani is called "Nusa Putra" which means the territory of the Republic of Indonesia consisting of islands or nusa and its sons and daughters who live in the archipelago are determined to defend and fill independence, inspired by Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani is under the auspices of the Kartika Eka Paksi Foundation, determined to continue the spirit of General Achmad Yani in defending and maintaining the philosophy and ideology of Pancasila. Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani aims to develop and revive the spirit of learning of the sons and daughters of Indonesia in accordance with the Tridharma of Higher Education which is useful for national development.
