Your care coordinator is available 24/7 to help ensure that all important documentation is complete, your financial arrangements have been made and your appointments are scheduled. Penn Global Medicine tailors all services to meet your personal preferences and cultural needs throughout all aspects of care.
Our goal is to help you return to your home, and life, as quickly as possible. When you have completed treatment, your care coordinator will make sure you have all the information you need about medications and follow-up care. You will also receive contact information in case you have any questions after returning to your home country. Upon request, Penn Global Medicine will review your treatment plan and next steps with your physician at home.
