ISS presents the non-invasive tissue oximeter, OxiplexTS200. ISS activities include two product lines. The medical division provides instruments for the absolute measurements and real-time monitoring of oxygen saturation in tissue (brain and muscle) as well as for functional brain imaging. These instruments find a wide variety of applications in physiology, brain oxygenation studies, sleep apnea, and sport medicine.
The fluorescence analytical division manufactures and markets spectrofluorometers and time-resolved confocal microscopes for the study of molecular interactions mechanisms in the life sciences (protein-protein interactions in vitro and in live cells; protein – nucleic acid, membranes functionalities) and material sciences (photovoltaic materials, polymers, nanoparticles).
