They provide superior heat protection, along with excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and environmental exposure, making them reliable in demanding industrial and aerospace applications.

Made with a wide variety of substrates, HYTEX® High Performance Textiles have a continuous operating temperature from 400°F (204°C) to 5000°F (2760°C) with no oxygen present. Many standard products are available in configurations of knit or woven fabric, knit or woven tape, knit or braided rope (both round and square), and knit or braided sleeving.

Mid-Mountain was founded in 1976, providing fiberglass materials as asbestos replacement alternatives for thermal barriers, and in sealing applications.
