Qingdao Qingflex Hose Factory was established in 2008, registered capital 168 million RMB, is located in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Huangdao District), covers an area of 95000 square meters and has more than 500 workers.
Qingflex is a National high-tech enterprise, who focus on R & D and manufacturing oilfield drilling hose according to API 7K, API 16C, acid frac hose, and hydraulic hose according to DIN standard and SAE standard, Japanese stand and GB standard.
We have high level Rubber Hose R & D center and Test center, recognized as Qingdao Enterprise Technology Center. We have Gotech rubber test equipment, Dynamic impulse testing machine, Chemical analysis test equipment and other advanced test equipment.
Qingflex manufacturers AllienDrill hoses, API-7K Cement hose, Rotary Drilling and Vibrator Hose, API-16C Choke and Kill Hose, BOP Control Hose, and more, which are produced by modern machines and technology, powering the oilfield worldwide.
Qingflex manufactures AlienFrac Acid Fracturing Hose with swaged fittings, which can reach the W.P. ratings of 15,000PSI and 20,000 PSI, can effectively replace the steel pipe for more flexible installation and longer live cycles.
Our own branding of hydraulic hoses - Goldpulse® (TB/T3474.2-2018, EN45545-2:2013 standard), Kingpulse® (ISO 18752 DC standard), Impulmax® (ISO 18752 CC standard), Qingflex® (ISO 18752 BC standard), and Flexstar® (ISO 18752 AC standard) have been widely used in domestic construction machinery, mining machinery and other hydraulic equipment, at the same time, have been exported to international market, such as USA, Europe, Japan, South America and other area.
Qingflex also produces industrial hoses, including oil/water suction and discharge hose, tank truck hose, air hose, concrete pumping hose, etc. These hoses can be produced up to 200ft length per roll, offering convenience and efficiency to customers.
