MetalMaster (External Quench) Vacuum Furnace
Ipsen USA
Features 2-bar gas quenching. Excellent temperature uniformity of ±5 °F (±3 °C) or better with end element option. Superior pumping performance. Optimized cooling system design. Versatile options let you customize the furnace for your specific process and application requirements. Advanced controls system provides precise, user-friendly operation. Wide variety of hot zone insulation packages. 360-degree gas cooling nozzles and heating elements for precise temperature control.
TurboTreater (Internal Quench) Vacuum Furnace
Ipsen USA
Cooling system design generates the highest heat-transfer coefficient of any furnace in its class. Quarter-twist graphite or molybdenum heating element support hangers allow for easy maintenance by eliminating threaded connections. Flare-locking rim for molybdenum cooling gas nozzles provides efficient gas flow with a secure connection into a rounded extrusion in the plenum wall. Flapper nozzle system ensures a uniform quench (with convection option). Available in all-metal or graphite insulated hot zone packages, as well as several standard load sizes in horizontal or vertical configurations.
Vacuum Aluminum Brazing (VAB) Furnace
Ipsen USA
Double-door design for easy maintenance. Rectangular hot zone with stainless steel insulation and joint-free
ni-chrome heating elements provide greater heating element surface area coverage. Precise heat distribution with individually controlled heating zones using a proportional integral derivative (PID) controller that adjusts to different part sizes and geometries. Temperature uniformity of ± 5 °F (± 3 °C) or better. Specially designed pumping system to achieve and maintain high vacuum levels throughout the brazing process. Temperature-controlled, water-cooled chamber helps to prevent condensation of water vapor and reduce magnesium
buildup inside the chamber walls. Optional internal cooling system for improved floor-to-floor time.

TITAN Vacuum Furnace
Ipsen USA
Available in horizontal and vertical models and fits in a standard truck or shipping container. Utilizes an integrated framework with a rigid, metal design that protects equipment from the surrounding environment and provides a versatile platform for mounting accessories. Incorporates a high-definition touch screen display and is capable of operating in 20-plus languages. Features intelligent SCRs (silicon-controlled rectifiers) for efficient heating control with enhanced communication and diagnostic features and maintains a temperature uniformity of ± 10 °F (± 5 °C). Supports a variety of standard processes, including hardening, annealing, tempering and brazing.
