Our ingenuity is adding value to what we grow by producing bread, cereal, pasta, beer, wine, ciders and spirits, candies, jams, and other quality specialty products consumed throughout the world.

Montana is a leading producer of certified organic wheat, dry peas, and lentils, and is home to a multimillion dollar honey and pollinating industry. In recent years, production of oilseed crops like canola, safflower and flaxseed has increased significantly. Sweet cherries, sugar beets, seed potatoes, and hay are among some of the other staple crops grown in the state.
