Jerry Gray is a Principal at TurbineOne, where he leads efforts to empower the Warfighter with cutting-edge AI/ML technology. With over three decades of distinguished service in the United States Air Force and Department of Defense, Jerry has been a visionary leader, transforming Air Force and Joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), targeting, and all-source analysis capabilities.
Before joining TurbineOne, Jerry held several pivotal leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force, including Commander of the 3d Intelligence Squadron at Fort Eisenhower, GA and Director of Operations for the 11th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron under the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) at Hurlburt Field, FL. As a graduate of the USAF Weapons School and a seasoned aviator with more than 2,700 flight hours serving onboard the RC-135V/W RIVET JOINT, E-8C JSTARS, and other ISR collection platforms, Jerry has been instrumental in enhancing ISR-enabled combat operations and driving strategic advancements.
Throughout his 32-year military career, Jerry has led significant organizational transformations and spearheaded technological modernization initiatives, vastly improving operational efficiency and combat readiness. His strategic foresight and commitment to innovation have consistently delivered results that strengthen national security.
Jerry holds an MBA from George Mason University, a Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence, and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF’s Air Command and Staff College. He is widely recognized for his ability to drive change, foster innovation, and deliver strategic solutions that advance the defense capabilities of the United States.
