The continuous improvement of processes, products and services is part of Navantia’s commitment to its customers and is part of its strategic policy. The quality management system, certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and PECAL/AQAP 2110/2210/2310 in its different scopes, is directly supervised by the management committee. Additionally, Navantia’s Systems and Submarines Businesses are certified according to the EN 9100 Standard and the Systems Business is certified, with a level 3, against the CMMI v 2.0 software maturity model.
Navantia is a member of the Spanish Quality Association and of its Defense Committee, as well as of the Quality Committee of TEDAE and of the Ministry of Defense Mixed Defense Committee of Industries.
