We develop premium silicones on multiple chemistry platforms - UV Cure, Moisture Cure (1K and 2K neutral cure), and Platinum Addition Cure - to deliver engineered solutions that fit precise design and manufacturing needs.
Novagard materials include UV cure silicones, electronics grade silicones, aerospace and industrial RTVs, heat shielding PVC foam, and silicone greases – all manufactured in Cleveland, OH.
We offer the largest line of commercially available UV and UV/Dual Cure silicones. Our UV cure silicones cure on demand in 3 to 5 seconds (compared to 40 – 50 seconds for competitive UV materials), reducing total cost of manufacturing and time to market.
Our electronics grade silicones are excellent for extreme environments, sealing, coating, and protecting electronics from moisture and contamination across a broad range of temperatures.
Novagard’s industrial RTVs are non-corrosive silicone pastes used for MRO/maintenance, sealing, and gasketing, including removable gaskets or temporary seals.
Foam Seal Aluma-Seal foams are thermally insulated foams that prevent condensation, seal out light, air, dust, and moisture, reduce vibrations, and deaden sound.
Our silicone lubricants and greases meet MIL specs and are used for maintenance and repair in multiple applications including braking and landing systems.
Novagard is CMMC Level 2 compliant, and ISO 9001:2015 (QMS with Design) and IATF 16949:2016 (QMS with Design) certified. Novagard products are REACH compliant, PFAS free, Prop 65 compliant, and depending on the product, UL certified.
