About
Aery Aviation, LLC (www.AeryAviation.com) was founded in 2016 by a leadership team with decades of collaboration on multiple aircraft modification and aviation operations contracts and 100+ years of combined aviation experience. Providing services globally, the company offers innovative mission-ready aviation solutions from concept to completion. Aery Aviation specializes in the engineering, design, certification, integration, modification, flight and ground operation, and maintenance of fixed-wing turbo jet aircraft.
At the Singapore Airshow 2026, Aery Aviation is highlighting our engineering capability and our Raven Special Mission Electronic Warfare platform.
Aery Aviation’s engineering team includes FAA-certified Organization Designation Authorization (ODA), Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs), and Designated Airworthiness Representative(DARs) who work closely with our manufacturing team, the Part 65 Aviation Maintenance Technology certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)/Inspection Authorization (IA) Mechanics, and Structural and Electrical Engineers. Examples of aircraft that they have designed and built include:
• Interior design and modifications to a VIP customer’s aircraft,
• Procurement, design, and modifications to a jet aircraft to support maritime surveillance missions,
• A Gulfstream IV engineered to integrate specialized systems to deliver a high altitude atmospheric sensing platform,
• The design, modification, engineering, integration, and certification of a MIP (Multi-Source Intelligence Pod) onto an aircraft to demonstrate new and upcoming technologies via dynamic wargame roleplaying,
• Modifications to a Gulfstream IV in only nine months, completing all design, modification, and test work to fully transition an unmodified Gulfstream G-IV to a fully modified aircraft for the classified mission, requiring internal and external design, over 100 distributed systems, and a dozen pressure vessel penetrations.
Our Raven Special Mission Platform, a modified Gulfstream IV, provides a scalable, open-architecture, wing hardpoints, and 40+ multi-purpose antennas to support Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA), Electronic Warfare (ES/EA), Airborne Test Bed (RDT&E), and other missions.
As an FAA Part 135 Certified Flight Operator, a Part 145 Repair Station, and a DCMA 8210.1 GFR approved for ground and flight operations, Aery Aviation operates and maintains a fleet of twenty-four (24) aircraft for Government and commercial customers. We provide aircraft mission support for the full range of aviation operations (tactical flight training, research flights, Part 135 charter, Air Ambulance and more), aircraft maintenance, safety, and administrative support necessary to sustain a large fleet of turbojet aircraft operating more than 5,000 flight hours annually. Aery Aviation provides a fleet of aircraft operating from multiple bases (CONUS) as well as deployed OCONUS worldwide with a distinct focus on safety, reliability, and always ensuring full mission capable condition.
