I wear several hats at Duyck Machine: I am the HR Manager, the Quality Coordinator, and Special Projects Manager. The most important thing I do is provide general support to our whole team, whether it's coordinating our next strategic plan, improving our quality management system, or helping drive the next project from start to finish. I have special leeway in choosing our next improvement projects and a lot of room to implement them. Absolutely loving it!
