Guardian Mobility is a solution provider of global aviation tracking, voice and data communications, as well as flight data management and analytics. Guardian has developed a full range of products and services targeted at assisting aircraft operators to increase safety, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Starting in 2010, GMI began the development to add on-board data recording to its existing line of data management and communications solutions. This development was further enhanced by the acquisition in 2011 of Alakai Technologies Corporation. The amalgamated system includes not only the ability to monitor and record individual parameters that identify exceedances and communicate that information in real-time but also the ability to identify Flight Operations Quality Assurance events (FOQA Events) and Maintenance Operations Quality Assurance (MOQA) events based on multiple parameters.
