Scott Fewell was named CEO of Liquid Measurement Systems in January 2018, having previously served as COO and inside General Counsel for the company since January 2016. Prior to joining LMS, he was a Director at Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew, P.C., located in Burlington, Vermont. As part of his responsibilities at Dinse, Fewell served as General Counsel to LMS from 2014. He served as outside counsel from 2007 to 2014. LMS is one of Vermont’s fastest growing aerospace companies, specializing in the design, development and manufacture of fuel measurement technologies for commercial and military aircraft.
