CMAB, The California Milk Advisory Board is an instrument of the California Department of Food and Agriculture and exists for the purpose of promoting dairy products that are made with real California milk.
The California Milk Advisory Board was established in 1969 and is regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture to promote dairy products from the State of California.
It is governed by a Board of Directors of 24 dairy farmers, nominated by their districts of origin.
The Real California Milk seal promotes the full range of dairy products made from 100% California milk including categories such as butter, ice cream, cheeses, etc., which are produced by more than 1,300 California milk producing families.
California is the nation's leading state in fluid milk, butter, and ice cream production, and is also the second-largest producer of cheese and yogurt in the nation.
As representatives of California Milk Advisory Board in Mexico, we are in charge of offering support to dairy producers in the State, such as:
Long-term marketing strategies focused on results.
Promotion in foreign markets already established or with high potential.
Development of new products.
