Mike Fierro has over 40 years of experience in defense and maritime security and has been with BecTech since February 2015 overseeing projects in both the US and Australia, as well as business development in defense technology and related capabilities. He is a retired career US Navy Officer with operational and staff experience including command of a US Navy destroyer and a shore station. He has expertise in requirements and resourcing, organizational alignment and improvement, education and training, manpower management, and strategic planning. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval War College.
