About
Based in Danville, Virginia, FasTech was founded in 2018 to pioneer advanced metal additive 3D printing, utilizing the first Gefertec 3D metal printing machines in the U.S. Six years later, we have also integrated a variety of state-of-the-art machining centers to finalize production on-site, along with the latest reverse engineering equipment.
FasTech offers standalone or combined rapid machining and additive 3D metal printing services. Our prototyping, design for manufacture, and supply management services deliver numerous benefits:
- Lead times up to ten times faster than traditional manufacturing methods to meet stringent deadlines
- Full part reverse-engineering and CAD development services
- Turnkey subtractive machining services for both one-off components and production runs
- Additive services featuring 3D metal printing with Gefertec wire weld technology (WAAM)
- Significant cost reduction through nearly 100% material utilization
- Five-axis weld deposition without the need for additional support structures
- Simplified sourcing, handling, and storage of base materials
Industries we serve - FasTech adds value to a wide array of industries, including:
- Aerospace
