For over 20 years, the TUBACEX Group has been a trusted industry leader in providing high-quality seamless stainless and nickel alloy tubing for the aerospace industry from our facility in Greenville, PA. Our tubing is used in a wide range of applications, and we are the leading supplier for fuel, air, and hydraulic lines. We proudly serve major engine programs such as the P&W GTF engine family, the CFM LEAP Engine, as well as the most successful and proven space propulsion engines.
With the addition of our new state-of-the-art facility, TUBACEX Durant in Oklahoma, we are even better equipped to provide critical applications for aerospace advancement and space exploration, while continuing to leverage on the reliability that is provided by belonging to a fully integrated global seamless stainless and special alloy leader.

Our capabilities include processes such as the following: cold pilgering, welding & bead-reducing, cold drawing with bar, cold drawing with semi-floating and full-floating plugs, cutting & grinding, mechanical polishing, electropolishing, cleaning and degreasing, passivation and pickling, bright annealing & aging, lab testing, NDT– eddy current, NDT– ultrasonic, NDT – borescope, straightening, grid-blasting, marking and packaging.
Size and production capabilities:
OD sizes: .125” – 2.00” (3.175mm – 50.8mm)
Wall sizes: .020” - .300” (.508mm – 7.62mm)
Lengths - straight: 2’ ft. through 100’ ft. (1.830M – 30.480M)
Lengths - coil: 48’ ft. through 1200’ ft.
Pressure range: up to 60,000 PSI (Specification Driven)
Roughness: down to 10 RA
Tolerances: +/- 0.002" OD +/- 5% WH
Tempers: annealed condition & 1/8 hard to full hard condition (specification driven)
Raw Material maintained to provide competitive lead-times and service to our customers in the following alloys and specifications.
- Austenitic: 304-304/L, 316-316/L, 321, 347
- Nickel: 400, 600, 625, 718, K500
- PH grades: 15-5, 17-4, 17-7
- Standard specifications: ASTM, ASME, AMS, AMS-T, MIL-T, MIL-P, AES, HIP (Specific customer specifications upon request)
