I have worked in the manufacturing industry since 1978. In 1980, I began my career at Rakar, Inc. My current position as Chief Executive Officer on my hands-on experience in a variety of production processes but also on my communication and motivational skills as well as being bilingual (English and Spanish).
Some of my achievements
2015 - Instrumental in helping Rakar achieve the ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Mold
Injection, Compression Molding, and Transfer Molding, Components for the Aerospace and
Military Industries and Commercial Applications for the first time in the company’s history.
2017 - Became the first Woman and Latinx CEO and owner in the company’s history.
2019 - Led the company to achieve the AS9100 Certification, the highest quality
certification in the industry.
2020 - Acquired AKKT Tool, Engineering, and Tooling firm, which had been Rakar’s supplier for nearly 30 years.

I am in charge of interacting with clients, suppliers, and employees and ensuring the company’s mission is fulfilled on time and on budget, meeting the company’s vision for the highest quality standards and added value.
