The ongoing conflict in the Ukraine has seen new technologies and systems being introduced into the battlefield. This speedy capability insertion has significant impacts on EMO strategies, operations in the land, sea, air and space domains as well as in emerging EW system requirements. The conference will examine the effect of these rapidly evolving technological changes in military strategic planning, new equipment development, novel EW capabilities and electromagnetic operations in the field.
AOC Europe 2025 will examine drone applications in electromagnetic operations, effects of disruptive technologies, the exploitation of modelling and simulation in system design and military test and training requirements. In addition, the increasing dependence on the space domain will be addressed.
A focus on regional and NATO requirements and capabilities together with lessons learned from current electromagnetic manoeuvres in the Ukrainian conflict will be discussed.
