Safe and free sea routes are of fundamental importance for international maritime trade, tourism and passenger transport. In the context of globalization, not only are new sea routes being created – existing routes are also being used to an unprecedented extent. The products and the range of services of the German security and defense industry cover the dangers for ports, coastal waters as well as for the high seas.
