SY30J Hybrid-electric Regional Airliner
The AirCraft Company, a subsidiary of Asselin, Inc., is designing, building and certifying the Pangea family of hybrid-electric regional airliners.
Description
The SY30J airplane will be designed using the following specifications:
1. Baseline capacity: 30 pax
2. Electric first aircraft, designed to use hybrid-on-demand™
3. Range extender compatible with 100% SAF or H2
4. Fly-by-wire
5. Single Pilot Operation (SPO) certification
6. Advanced health-monitoring
7. Designed for operation from small airfields with little ground support
8. All-weather operation with Enhanced Vision Systems (EVS) for access to airfields without precision navigation equipment
