20 Series Turbo-Flo™ Probe
ERDCO
Turbo-Flo™ Probes offer the precision of turbine technology with rugged construction. The practical design of the probe includes a bluff bar which protects the turbine from foreign materials in the stream as well as from over insertion. Installation is simple and does not require special fittings. The Turbo-Flo™ probe may be installed in standard pipe tees, through pipe saddles, welded spuds and 1-1/2 inch full opening ball or gate valves. The probe has a wide measuring range with a 30:1 turndown. Probe or wall-mounted electronics are also available, in the form of: a 4-20 mA transmitter, a self-powered rate/total display (does not require external power), or a loop powered 4-20 mA output (requires 24 VDC).
Specification Grade Wicks™
ERDCO
ERDCO 2L-05513 Specification Grade Wicks™ are high quality cotton wicks for smoke point testing. The wicks are woven from ordinary quality cotton. Equal volumes of toluene and methanol are used to extract ERDCO® Specification Grade Wicks™ which are then dried and packaged in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D 1322, IP 598, IP57 and ISO 3014. Each clear tube package includes desiccant and is sealed against moisture as required by the Test Method. An interlaboratory study (ASTM Research Report RR:D02-1747) was conducted to evaluate the precision of a new automated smoke point test apparatus and to revise the precision of the manual apparatus. ERDCO® Specification Grade Wicks™ were selected for use in this study - recognition of the high level of consistency offered by this product. There are 10 individual wicks per package. As an aid to Good Laboratory Practice, each package is marked with Production Lot Number and Date.
3400 Series Armor-Flo™ Local Flow Rate Meter
ERDCO
Measure liquid, gas or steam flow rates in horizontal or vertical pipelines. Armor-Flo™ meters handle fluids that cannot be measured with the See-Flo® due to clarity, pressure or compatibility with wetted materials. The wedge shape of the meter body housing provides the Armor-Flo™ with the same self-cleaning characteristics as the See-Flo®. Teflon® encapsulated cobalt magnets are used to couple the flow isolated indicator with the vane. These features emphasize simplicity and reduce maintenance.
Rapid Tester® Flash Point / Combustibility Tester
ERDCO
The Rapid Tester® is a semiautomatic instrument for determining the flash point temperature/ combustibility of flammable liquids. Closed cup test temperatures from ambient to 250°C (480°F) are automatically controlled by the digitally preset target temperature circuitry. Integral LCD display, NIST traceable thermometer, external gas adapter (hose barb connection to user provided regulated source of butane, propane or natural gas), and electronic timer are standard. Test time is only one minute with a 2 mL sample for flash points below 100°C (212°F). You can run ten tests with the Rapid Tester® in the time that it takes to perform just one by other methods. The 2 mL/4 mL sample is a fraction of the large sample required by other flash point methods. This reduces sampling and disposal problems while improving safety.
3200 Series See-Flo® Local Flow Rate Meter
ERDCO
See-Flo® Meters indicate flow rate and permit visual inspection of water, air or other transparent fluids. For general purpose industrial service, See-Flo® meters handle a wide range of process fluids in vertical or horizontal piping runs. The wedge shape of the meter housing makes See-Flo® practically self-cleaning. Where periodic maintenance might be necessary, the tempered glass window is easily removed and replaced.
3600 Series Armor-Flo™ Flow Rate Meter with Transmitter
ERDCO
Armor-Flo™ Meters with integral transmitters provide an ideal combination - a local mechanical flow rate indicator independent of electrical supply with a 4-20 mA two wire loop powered signal output. Simple design, rugged construction and good value make this the ideal utility fluid flowmeter. Available signal output options are: 4-20 mA two wire loop powered transmitter, OR 4-20 mA transmitter with two adjustable set points.
3700 Series Armor-Flo™ Flow Rate Meter for Hazardous Areas
ERDCO
The 3700 Series Armor-Flo™ Meter measures the flow rate of liquid, gas or steam in vertical or horizontal pipelines. In addition, it provides flow proportional signal outputs as well as switch options in an electrical enclosure appropriate for use in Class 1, Division 1, Groups C & D areas. Even without power, the flow rate indicator functions.
3100 Series See-Flo® Sight Flow Indicator
ERDCO
See-Flo® sight flow indicators show you at a glance, the color, clarity and flow of liquids in process lines. The large tempered glass window permits easy observation of fluid conditions and vane indicator position. The wedge shape of the meter housing makes See-Flo® practically self-cleaning. Where periodic maintenance might be necessary, the window is easily removed and replaced. As this is a sight flow indicator, it does not include

Description
Armor-Flo™ Meters provide even more effective process control input with switching capabilities. Simple electromechanical switches define your process limits. Adjustable switches provide positive indication of flow/no flow conditions and may be positioned to actuate at specific flow rates. The design of the switch is to capture the indicator, preventing movement until the flow rate is once again within the acceptable range. The switches are SPDT glass encapsulated reed type rated at 0.25A @ 120VAC (1.5A @ 24VDC). This switch is appropriate for use in Class 1, Division 2 areas.
