5000 Series Digital Flow Meters
TSI Incorporated
All TSI gas mass flow meters integrate flow, absolute pressure, and temperature sensors to deliver readings and compensate flow measurements. All of our 5000 Series models also incorporate bidirectional flow sensing, color touchscreen display, and configurable tube end adapters.
Advanced 5000 Series Flow Meter models can simultaneously measure flow rate, absolute pressure, temperature, volume, differential pressure, and humidity in a single, compact device. Additional models include options for higher flow accuracy, data logging, humidity compensation, or a wide flow accuracy specification. See the Model Guide below to find a model that will work best for your application and download the FLO-Sight software.
4090 Certifier Pro
TSI Incorporated
An all-in-one, benchtop flow analyzer capable of testing virtually all models of ventilators: adult, pediatric, anesthesia, neonatal, and high frequency. It can also test a variety of other medical equipment such as anesthesia gas delivery machines, air-oxygen blenders, medical insufflators, oxygen concentrators, CPAPs, and other devices with pneumatic gas flows.
4000 Series Digital Flow Meter
TSI Incorporated
The TSI 4000 Series inline flow meters were designed for ultra-low-pressure loss to minimize flow circuit back pressure and its impact on the system. The meters include digital and analog outputs for flow rate, absolute pressure, and temperature. Volume measurements can be made through the RS232 digital interface.

Description
The Certifier™ Plus Test System 4080-F is made up of a Certifier™ Plus High-Flow Module Kit 4081, Certifier™ Plus Interface Module Kit 4089, and an Oxygen Sensor Kit 4073. This multi-function pneumatic test system can measure 28 different test parameters and graph data in real-time. Pressure and temperature compensated bi-directional flow sensors deliver high accuracy gas flow measurements with a fast rate of response and industry-leading, low-pressure drop. Users can measure using STP, ATP, BTPS, BTPD, or user-defined gas conditions and test breath rates up to 1500 bpm. It can also test a variety of other medical equipment such as anesthesia gas delivery machines, air-oxygen blenders, medical insufflators, oxygen concentrators, CPAPs, and other devices with pneumatic gas flows.
