Highland Industrial Park offers waste management resources designed to accommodate each tenant's unique needs. Roll-off dumpsters of various sizes are available with removal services available as-needed or on a regular, recurring schedule.

Through its Warehousing department, Highland Industrial Park provides all-inclusive facility management and material handling services to tenants for chemical, explosives, and hazardous materials. Highland Warehousing's procedures are compliant with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense regulations. Highland is fully versed in all areas of transportation and storage regulations. Tenants can partner with Highland Warehousing through customized short and long term service agreements. Services include a full complement of materials handling equipment along with the ability to load flatbeds, vans, containers and rail. Highland assigns a personal account manager to each Warehousing customer, and they are in charge of managing the monthly maintenance and tracking of inventory, as well as end-to-end product shipping. Highland Warehousing allows tenants to take advantage of experienced, specialized labor already on site, minimizing the need for local personnel, thus reducing overall costs. In addition to building and site selection that provides privacy and protection for tenants, security is provided via 24/7 park patrols and secure access areas with K5 badge entrances. Tenants can coordinate with the Park's security program to enhance their site's security.

The Shumaker Public Service Corporation serves the entire complex of Highland Industrial Park and the City of East Camden with a 2.5 MGD capacity and a wastewater system with a 1 MGD capacity.
