“Lift-off” Pipe Supports
This pipe support was designed to mitigate pipe support corrosion between the support pipe and the 12" process line.
The project consisted of approximately 1500 pipe supports, needing surveying, designing and subsequent costing.
The material of construction is a fiberglass composite which has a UV stabilized agent to safeguard against UV damage.

Description
The pipe is a SS 304l material, resting on galvanized steel supports. The guides were scraping grooves into the pipe. We designed and manufactured the bottom rests as well as guides to solve the damage caused by the scrapping guides.
