This installation marks the fourth Challenger aircraft equipped by Redstar Aviation with Spectrum Aeromed’s state-of-the-art Dual Patient Intensive Care Systems, highlighting a continuous and successful partnership between the two companies.

20/2200 Series Air Ambulance Module
Spectrum Aeromed
This module is commonly referred to as the “shortbox”. It has unmatched flexibility and is especially suited for aircraft with limited floor space and can be configured for single- or multiple-patient transport. The 2200 Stretcher is specially designed with tapered corners to allow it to fit through narrow doors or aircraft with cabinets that restrict the turning radius of the Stretcher when loading or unloading. The short module base, which is unique to Spectrum Aeromed, contains all the components for critical care transports in a compact form — just 48” long by 17” wide and 10” high.
Our patented Seat Rail Adapter allows operators to easily and quickly switch air ambulance modules between different types of aircraft in approximately 15 minutes utilizing only four drop-pins and the aircraft’s existing “brownline” seat track. No special tools required.

This lightweight deck is easy to remove and maintain. It provides one-hand movement for patients up to 400 pounds (181 kg). The stretcher pivots from full extension outside the aircraft to a locked position inside, completely eliminating the need for heavy lifting on the part of your crew.
