Ultra-fast cell-based Noninvasive Prenatal Diagnosis (cb-NIPD)
Using monoclonal antibodies specific for trophoblasts and nucleated red blood cells, this assay will isolate and enrich the circulating fetal cells from the mother’s blood at early gestation. Using multicolor DNA probe set genetic determination of the fetus is accomplished.
