Stainless

Production Metals offers a wide selection of stainless steel bars, including round, square, flat bar, hex, and precision ground stock. Our round bars range from 3/16” to 12” in diameter, and precision ground stock is available from .1875” to 1”. We stock a variety of grades, including 303, 304/L, 316/L, 410, 416, 440C, 17-4PH, and 15-5PH, with additional grades available upon request. Our stainless flat rolled products are available in 304/L and 316/L, with thicknesses from .1875” to 2.0”. We also offer heat treating, grinding, and polishing services.

Production Metals offers precision cutting services for a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and all extruded products. We maintain tight cutting tolerances, up to P/M .005". Our capabilities include five-axis water jet cutting for materials up to 8" thick, as well as a 12kW fiber laser. We can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 1" thick, and brass and copper up to 1/2" thick. Whether you need precise cuts or intricate designs, we provide high-quality, accurate results to meet your specifications.

Production Metals offers a variety of aluminum products, including bars, tubes, angles, sheets, and plate. Our bars come in diameters from 1/8" to 21" in shapes such as round, square, rectangle, and hexagon, with alloys including 6061, 6063, 7075, 2024, 2011, and 2017. We stock tubes in alloys like 2024, 7075, and 6061, and carry standard size angles. Our sheets are available in 5052-H32 alloys, with thicknesses from .032" to .25". We provide precision cutting for aluminum plate in alloys such as 6061, 7075, and 2024, with thicknesses ranging from 0.25” to 12”.
