Description
The Rail-Mounted Aiming/Illumination Laser (RAIL) brings a weapon-mounted aiming and illumination capability to the user in an exceptionally small form factor. The RAIL contains an integrated visible aiming laser (Green or Red), NIR aiming laser, NIR illumination laser (VCSEL), and 180 degree NIR wide-angle LED illuminator for confined spaces or Close Quarters Battle (CQB). The NIR illumination laser has a quick-adjust beam divergence capability and is independently adjustable from the co-aligned aiming lasers. All lasers have user-adjustable power settings to support various mission needs. The system is powered by a single CR123 battery and mountable to a standard MIL-STD-1913 rail.
