This pivotal event serves as a global platform for showcasing innovation and collaboration within the defence industry. RMA SV, in partnership with its sister company Ford Global Fleet Sales (FGFS), will showcase the latest in commercial off the shelf (COTS) platforms from Ford, modifiable by RMA SV for multiple roles in support of military operations and tactical missions. At DSEI, the RMA SV and FGFS team will be on hand to share the latest customized defence fleet solutions with visitors to the stand. Our vehicles on display will all be ready to serve in the toughest of environments.

Utilizing foam cell technology twin tube front and rear dampers allows continuous off-road operation without any risk of fading and maximum durability of the dampers.
The final drive has been adjusted to allow a better off-road controllability and provide the speed range required to operate the vehicle in 4×4 low range during extensive heavy off-road operation.

This 4×4 Light Tactical Vehicle can also include a heavy-duty fuel filter, coolant block heater, dual batteries, long range fuel tank, pintle hook mounts, rear heavy duty bumper with swing arm and jerry can. The result is a Light Utility Vehicle with a formidable presence in the field. The upgraded SORV suspension ensures best handling and occupant safety in the most grueling of environments.
Black Out Functions
Enables covert surveillance by instantly deactivating all light and sound sources while preserving essential functions such as HVAC and safety systems. The Night Vision Capability enhances visibility in low-light environments using infrared sensors and thermal imaging, ensuring real-time detection of threats.
Silent Mode
Facilitates stealth operations by transitioning to an electric motor powered by a battery, allowing for quiet movement with customizable range options.

The Mach 1 Ford Ranger security vehicle version was equipped with heavy-duty features including coolant block heater, dual batteries, SORV suspension, a heavy duty fuel filter, a 120L long range fuel tank, a pintle hook mount, and a rear heavy duty bumper with a jerry can swing arm. RMA Automotive modified a total of 46,000 vehicles in fulfilment of contract with the Afghan National Security Forcesb that began in 2003.
The Mach 2 added more features to this robust vehicle. Mach 2 included a light bar CAN (electrical signals) control, window grid protection, lamp grid protection, search light, armor, run flat tyres, a heavy duty SORV suspension, heavy duty seat covers, a 24V converter, high power alternator, front bull bar with airbag compliance, and cabin ROPS (roll over protection system).
Mach 3 was unveiled at the Defense & Security Show in Thailand in 2019. Among the latest features are rear ROPS, nine rear seats and an increase in the GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight). Mechanical inclusions are a front bar with high beam spotlight, radio racks, drop side trays, side utility boxes, F63 jet fuel compliance, roof rack and rear bumper. Electronic modifications include EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) compliance and black out feature which at a flick of switch shuts down the vehicle’s entire lighting system

Everest Light Utility Vehicle

This heavy-duty 4×4 SUV built on a Ford Everest base vehicle brings you the full military package. For covert operations, a Dynamic Military Blackout Function the vehicle to be operated in stealth move – silent and undetectable.
Other features include a front bull bar with winch, driving light, UHF and VHF antennas, military grade canvas seats, aluminum cargo floor for heavy interior loads, swingarm tailgate with jerry can and spare wheel bracket, high-lift jack, adjustable tow hook and front and back power supply.
Upgraded brakes and suspension offers improved safety and handling, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

The vehicles on display will be a Ford F-550 Super Duty Chassis, Ford Everest Light Armored Utility Vehicle and the all new Ford Ranger Super Duty,all ready to serve in the toughest of environments.
• All-New Ranger Super Duty:
A mid-size truck that literally punches above its weight. Ford has taken the standard Ranger pick up and re-engineered it from bumper to bumper to carry more, tow more and do more. The Ford Ranger Super Duty comes with a reinforced heavy duty chassis, under-body protection, a 130 litre fuel tank as standard and some impressive numbers: 4,500 kg towing capacity, a 4,500 kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), and an 8,000 kg Gross Combination Mass (GCM), powered by a 3 litre V6 diesel producing 154kW of power and 600 Nm of torque. Making it the toughest Ranger ever engineered by Ford to conquer any terrain and tackle any challenge. This will be the first time the Ranger Super Duty has been shown at a Defence Exhibition since its global reveal by Ford Australia in April.
• Ford Everest Light Utility Vehicle:
This heavy-duty off-road SUV is designed for field operations in the most challenging terrains. It features customized protective components and an upgraded suspension package, ensuring maximum safety and reliability crucial for a wide range of military and security missions. Various global agencies, security forces, and militaries currently utilize different variants of this vehicle.
• Ford F-550 Super Duty Chassis:
The Ford F-550 Super Duty Chassis is built with exceptional capability to handle the toughest jobs. With its durable high-strength steel frame, powerful engine options, and customizable configurations, the F-550 is designed to carry large payloads with ease even in the most demanding environments. Whether for emergency services or utility fleets, the F-550 is the ultimate COTS for the heaviest duty applications.
