MODT applies machine learning algorithms to evaluate AM printability from mechanical design files. Its analysis modules cover dimensions, geometry, resources, and fabrication criteria, supporting both modern design formats (e.g., STL files) and legacy formats (e.g., 2D blue print, PDFs). MODT optimization is built on the Method of Moving Asymptotes (MMA) with a thermal-structural multi-objective function, enabling users to balance structural and thermal priorities.

X-i2BPM: X-wave Intelligent Inverter Battery Power Module

                            	X-Wave Innovations, Inc.

The X-i2BPM is a truly universal battery power module that operates as a battery, as a DC power source or as an AC power source in a light and compact package. Customers can interconnect multiple X-i2BPMs to create larger battery-based power systems to provide higher capacity and/or higher power and voltage, whether it is DC or single-phase and/or three-phase AC systems. The modular and portable modules are ideal for powering loads in disaster-relief scenarios, military field operations, such as hybridization of fuel generators, or as standalone units; they are also ideal for renewable and electric propulsion applications, such as for electric vehicles, aerospace critical applications, and future hybrid and all-electric aircraft applications. The X-i2BPM represents the next level in reliability, fault-tolerance, efficiency, and portability for flexible and versatile power and energy storage solutions. The X-i2BPM design is based on a hardware and algorithmic distributed approach that reaches better space utilization and takes efficiency to higher levels of 98% and higher. The X-i2BPM approach minimizes thermal requirements and weight per power delivery capability, which makes it ideal for mobile and portable applications.
