The RAM 4 uses a cleaning tool mounted at the tip of a flexible shaft that spins to clean tubes of silt, mud, scale, and more. Integrated flush quickly removes deposits, keeping tubes clean and operating optimally.
The RAM 4 also features reversible shaft rotation to improve cleaning performance and includes a two-direction foot switch for faster, more controlled cleaning.
The Goodway QS-300 Quick Shot® Surface Condenser Tube Cleaning Gun is designed for fast, efficient cleaning of surface condenser tubes in power plants and industrial facilities. Combining pressurized air and water, the QS-300 delivers powerful cleaning performance while minimizing wastewater, helping maintenance teams reduce cleaning time and improve operational efficiency.
Designed for tubes 5/8"–1 1/4" (15.9–31.8 mm) O.D., the QS-300 uses a simple, touch-activated trigger to propel Tube Scrubbers, Coil Tube Brushes, and other cleaning projectiles through tubes to remove deposits and buildup. Operators simply insert a projectile, position the gun, and pull the trigger. The integrated pressurized water system drives the projectile through the tube, dislodging deposits and flushing away debris.
Built for demanding power generation maintenance applications, the QS-300 provides a fast, straightforward approach to surface condenser tube cleaning, helping restore heat transfer efficiency, reduce labor requirements, and minimize wastewater during scheduled maintenance and outages.
