Spare parts

Customer requirements for most of our products are for many years and include initial design prototype, production quantities, and follow-on spare parts that are needed by our customers and/or third party repair companies. In order to support these spare requirements, Ausco is careful to maintain drawings, test fixtures, assembly tooling, CNC programs, and tooling to make these products - often for decades.

Assembly and Qualification Test Plans

Key elements of many of our programs involve a variety of testing activities, including the following: We work in concert with our customers and their requirements define specific test requirements in an Assembly Test Plan (ATP) and to test 100% of production units to confirm that each valve, valve assembly, or manifold meets the ATP for that product.
COTS Manifolds

AUSCO can offer value added manifold solutions combining our Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) valves and/or customized Build to Specification fluid control products into a custom manifold design to meet our customer's requirements. By combining best of class components and 5-axis machining, we maximize the performance for our customers.
Military Aircraft

In modern aircraft, some of the places that hydraulics come into play include primary flight controls, flap/slat drives, landing gear, nose wheel steering, thrust vectoring systems, flaperons, cargo doors and emergency hydraulic-driven electrical generators. Military aircraft also use hydraulics on gun drives, weapons-bay doors, and hydraulic-motor-driven components because of the power density of hydraulics.
