Publisher of Military Times, Defense News names new editor-in-chief

ARLINGTON, VA., July 14, 2021 - Sightline Media Group today announced Mike Gruss has been named editor-in chief. In this role, Gruss oversees marquis media brands that include Military Times, Defense News, C4SIRNET and Federal Times. He will lead and drive strategy meant to improve collaboration across news brands and continue its evolution into a modern news organization.
